Shipping within the UK has a flat rate £3.50 delivery option using Royal Mail's second class service. Orders over £40 get FREE UK delivery. Postage can be upgraded at checkout to Royal Mail's first class service. Orders received before 12.00 noon will be within 2 working days. Should you be in a rush for your fabric, please let us know and we will endeavour to have your parcel out ASAP!
If your order weighs more than 2kg, you may receive your parcel via Parcelforce's 48 hour service. If you have multiple pieces of fabric in your order, we may send your order in multiple parcels to allow us to send via Royal Mail standard service, or we may send using Parcelforce service. Due to collection times, this sometimes takes an additional day.
Shipping to the Republic of Ireland is available through Royal Mail standard parcel rate and DPD or Fastway (if you have a preference please email us). Using the DPD / Fastway option orders under £100 cost £10 postage. Please allow an additional 1 day for despatch of DPD / Fastway parcels as collection is very early each morning so is generally collected the next day or day after depending on the time of your order. Please note as we are based in Northern Ireland there are no additional VAT or customs charges.
Due to the Northern Ireland Protocol we can ship to EU countries on exactly the same terms as pre-Brexit ie VAT is charged at point of sale and there are no customs charges and therefore no additional clearance fees. It should be just like you are buying from any other EU country as Northern Ireland effectively remain in the EU single market.
17/06/22 We have experienced some issues however with Royal Mail international service and have found some customers getting charged VAT again and customs charges being applied at the destination country. YOU SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED THIS. If this happens to you, please contact your customs department and explain that the parcel has come from Northern Ireland (we put stickers on the parcel ourselves to explain this and send our XI number but this is sometimes overlooked). If you do not receive a satisfactory reply please contact us and we will see what can be done on the Royal Mail side. Please only do this once you've contacted the destination country as the issue lies there and this speeds everything up and they are sometimes happy to send the parcel on without charges.
We have linked up with Royal Mail on our website so that your shipping cost is calculated based on the contents of your basket. We only use signed for service for overseas delivery due to the high number of parcels which tend to go missing internationally, sorry! If you wish to see how much your order will cost before you checkout, simply go to your basket stage and enter your country in the delivery address to receive the exact price. You won't be tied to any order at this stage unless you enter payment details.
Please consider sending by our courier service if you are in a rush for your order. In our experience this is much more seamless when it comes to customs. If you have any questions on this, please don't hesitate to contact us and we are always happy to double check the quote given if you let us know what you want to order. We are able to provide some larger parcel rates for most EU countries using NI Parcels. These parcels tend to go through DHL Ireland and as such avoid any customs issues. These are available up to 5kg.

Please note as we are based in Northern Ireland there is no additional VAT or customs charges within the EU. Website prices are quoted including VAT. They are some issues with EU parcels getting stopped at customs and treated as a GB parcel. We are doing everything we can to stop this happening but it is out of our control. You should NOT be charged customs or VAT at your destination country - please inform you customs office if they try to charge you.

We do provide a sample service with a 25p charge for each sample and a £1 delivery cost. If you are unsure whether your fabric will be suitable, this would be a good way of checking colour and quality before you purchase. You can order your samples here
